What are your delivering timings?

We deliver our Products to the nationwide. It takes up to 03 to 07 working days to deliver an order at your doorstep. However, if you place an order from flash delivery section, your order will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days.

Can we reach out MBS through Social Media?

Unfortunately, we do not respond over Social Media. What if I pay the amount in advance and do not receive my order?

We have 100% cash refund policies in place to ensure that your money is protected and will be returned in case on any non- delivery.

What is an exact date of delivery of an order?

Our flash delivery orders take up to 2-5 working days max whereas, the normal orders can take up to 18-20 working days however the time can be affected or delayed in case of weather conditions or given covid19 situation, the deliveries are taking longer than usual but we will continue improving the delivery times. If an item is not delivered within 25 working days, the customers are requested to contact MBS.

Why do we have to pay 50% of the amount in advance on PKR 3000 and above?

The policy is to ensure that the time and resources spent to procure and dispatch your products do not go to waste or in vain, when the order is dispatched from our warehouse. Unfortunately, the average return ratio of cash return on delivery packages is 20% only and to ensure the continuous services provided by MBS, we have such policies in place. 50% advance would be applicable if you purchase our products over Rs.3000/- or above. We evolve this policy to reduce the fake orders.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our end the courier will then send you the tracking code or an update of the shipment.

How to place any order on Miscellaneous Budget Store?

You can visit our website to view our products. Following options could be adopted for order placement: OPTION NO.01: THROUGH WEBSITE a. Visit our website b. Select the product/s and click on " BUY NOW" button, your items will be added into the cart. c. Click on Checkout Button. d. Review your products. e. Fill the "CHECK OUT" form carefully and fill all the columns. f. Select the "PAYMENT PROCEDURE" and click on anyone option i.e, CASH ON DELIVERY, BANK TRANSFER . RAAST ID, JAZZ CASH or EASY PAISA. f. Confirm order and then place order . You will receive acknowledgement of order placing. g. Use valid e.mail Identity while placing the order. h. In case of advance payment you can also use "EASY PAISA" , "RAAST CASH TRANSFER", "JAZZ CASH" or "BANK TRANSFER" after negotiating with our representatives. OPTION NO.02: THROUGH WHATS APP You can also place an order on WHATS APP. Communicate to our representative and note down all the details which our representative will acquire from you regarding your order. OPTION NO.03: ON PHONE CALL You can also place an order on PHONE CALL. Communicate to our representative and note down all the details which our representative will acquire from you regarding your order.

How to confirm and track my order?

Once you placed the order, we will share you your consignment note number against the dispatch which can be tracked online on the website of logistic services provider.

How to exchange a product?

The products will only be exchanged if we have failed to deliver the right product. All the products are clearly mentioned on our website and it is the customer's responsibility to check the product before ordering. In case the customer orders the wrong product, there would be 25% deduction in price for the exchange item.

Do Miscellaneous Budget Store entertain the claims?

No we do not entertain the claim of Fragile items and non insured purchased items. We ensure all the the items according to the order placement form, however, if any items is missing in properly packed received shipments then we re arrange the missed item/s or refund the amount to our respected customers. All customers are requested to please place the order clearly mentioning the STOCK KEEPING UNIT/S , QTY/s and name of the product/s before placing the order/s.
